What's your breathing number?

Awake at 3 a.m.? Tired even after a full night? Blood work says you're fine? This 40-second test shows something a lab test doesn't: how hard your breathing is working.

  • Sit, close your mouth, and breathe normally through your nose for half a minute.
  • Breathe out gently, the way you normally would. Then pinch your nose.
  • Press and hold the button. Let go at the very first urge to breathe.

Not the struggle. Just the first, quiet urge.

How you know you did it right: your next breath should feel completely normal. If you gasped, you held too long. Rest a few minutes and measure again.

Want to raise it?

I'll send you my 7-day plan to raise your number, and a reminder to measure again in a week, so you can watch it climb.

Please check your email address.

After the plan, one short letter a week from me. Unsubscribe anytime.

It's yours.

Check your inbox in a couple of minutes. Measure again tomorrow morning, before coffee: same time, same way.

Elvira Wright

Hi, I'm Elvira.

For 30 years I was a pharmacist. At fifty, after a year of night shifts, I felt seventy.

What changed my health most wasn't on the shelf. It was the way I breathe. Today I teach people to breathe less, sleep deeper and wake up with energy again.

I will never tell you to stop or change a medicine. That's a conversation with your doctor. I'll teach you to need less.

"I always sleep so peacefully after your breathwork session."

Maria A. · group session

"I feel very clear, with relaxed energy. I always have relaxed energy, but this is different. My mind is clearer."

Ted · evening session

"It's gentle, natural, and incredibly effective. It's more than a technique, it's a reset for the whole body."
